Pre-order a dozen (or more) Valentine’s themed donuts ($21.99 + tax) and 20% of the sales will go to the Duke Memorial Weekday School’s Parents’ Council!

Email your order to ebirdonuts@gmail.com by Wed Feb 9 and invoices must be paid on the 10th. Please make sure to indicate in the subject line you are with DMWS, and you will be sent an invoice to pre-pay.

Dining Out with DMWS

Join us at Dame’s Chicken and Waffles for our February Dining Out with DMWS event!

The big day is Wednesday February 16th between the hours of 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. This is the Durham location, at 530 Foster St #130, Durham, NC 27701. Mention that you are with DMWS when you order.

Dining Out with DMWS

Join us at the Original Q Shack for our first dining in/carrying out of 2022!

Come on out to the Q Shack on Wednesday January 12th anytime during their operating hours (11:00 am  –  8:00 pm ). Please make sure you mention DMWS so that a percentage of the proceeds come back to our fabulous school!

2022-2023 Registration Information

Registration for the 2022-2023 school year begins on January 26.

In order to hold a spot for your student you will need to register and pay a fee of $75 for returning students ($85 for new students). All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Currently enrolled students will receive an application through their school folder during the week of January 18th. Applications for siblings may be requested from the school office.

 

Dining Out with DMWS

Join the DMWS community at Pop’s Backdoor South on Tuesday, December 14th from 5pm until 9:30 pm for take out or dine in. Make sure to mention DMWS, so that some of the proceeds will be donated back to our amazing school!

2nd Annual Bakeless Bake Sale

Help raise funds for the DMWS Tuition Assistance program by contributing to the Bakeless Bake Sale!

We save on the time, effort and clean-up of a typical bake sale and go straight to making a difference with the funds raised.

Rather than buying ingredients to mix and bake we hope you will consider a direct donation.

 

This year we are also compiling a cookbook!

Send in your favorite recipes to share with other Duke Memorial Weekday School families. Every family that makes a donation will receive a digital copy of the cookbook. Printed copies will be available for sale after the fundraiser.

Assist with DMWS 2’s Program

Duke Memorial Weekday School is seeking an assistant teacher for our program for 2 year olds, 3 days per week. Work hours are 8:30am-12:30pm. Contact Julie Allen at julieallen@dmws.org for more information.

Our September Dining out will be at Mellow Mushroom ( 410 Blackwell St, Durham, NC ) on September 27th from 4pm- close. You can dine in, take out or order online. Mention Duke Memorial to the staff and they will mark the receipt for a part of the sales to be donated to our school!
