Schedule a Virtual Tour of DMWS

We are still enrolling students for the 2020-2021 School Year. At this time we are scheduling virtual tours of Duke Memorial Weekday School for our Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs. Reach out to us by email or call the office, 919-688-5130,  to schedule a tour of DMWS.

 

As we open Duke Memorial Weekday School for the 2022-2023 School Year, we want you to know that the safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance to us.

Our director, Julie Allen, completed training with Count on Me NC. This program  was created by government and health officials in partnership with business leaders across the state to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.

 

There will be some changes to school this year.  DMWS will follow guidelines from the NC Department of Health and Human Services.  As guidelines change, we will respond accordingly.

• All students and staff will undergo a health screening each day.  This will include a temperature check and answering a series of questions.
• Drop off and pick up will occur outside the building.
• Each class will stay self-contained.
• There will be increased cleaning of surfaces during and after the school day.
• There will be increased hand washing and use of appropriate hand sanitizer.
